Who should attend the 2012 GreenGov Symposium?
- The 2012 GreenGov
Symposium will feature programming designed to bring
together Federal civilian and military employees with state
and local government, industry, academia, and the non-profit
community on sustainability issues related to climate,
energy, water and waste.

When will registration be open?
- Online registration will
open in April 2012 and will remain be open through September
19, 2012. All registration requests after that date will
need to be made on site at the GreenGov Symposium starting
September 23.

What is included in the
registration cost?
- Registration costs cover
all plenary and breakout sessions, meals served and related
networking events. Some post-Symposium activities may
require registration fees and will be noted accordingly.

How long is registration
open?
- Online registration will
be open through September 19, 2012. All registration
requests after that date will need to be made on site at GreenGov
from September 23-26.

What is the registration
cancellation policy?
- All registration
cancellations received between August 15th and August 31st
will be charged a cancellation fee of $150.00. No refunds
will be issued on or after September 1, 2012. You may
substitute attendees at any time by sending written
notification by September 19, 2012. After September 19, please
bring all registration adjustment details to the on site
registration desk at GreenGov. Cancellations and changes
must be made in writing; phone changes and cancellations are
NOT permitted. Please send all written notices of
cancellation or changes to
registrations@GreenGov2012.org.

Are
there hotel blocks where I should reserve a room?
- Yes, rooms have
been reserved as a block for GreenGov Symposium attendees.
The rooms are available from September 21, 2012 through
September 29, 2012 at the prescribed rates. Additional

Whom should I contact if am interested in presenting and
speaking at the 2012 GreenGov Symposium?
- We are currently
developing the program agenda and will be identifying topics
and speakers over the next few weeks. If you'd like to
be considered for a speaking role in the program, please
email
speakers@greengov2012.org
with your bio and suggested speaking role(s). A call
for abstracts will be issued in April-May 2012 as well, at
which time, you will be asked to submit a formal proposal.
