Important Notes Regarding
All Exhibitor Applications:
-
The Association of Climate Change Officers will be
responsible for the planning, production and on-site
supervision of all sponsored items.
-
Sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served
basis.
-
High-resolution logos in .eps format will be
requested of all sponsors to ensure high print quality.
-
The contact person listed in the submitted exhibitor application will be your organization’s representative with
whom ACCO will interact regarding logistics and planning.
- Sponsorship packages may
be paid by credit card or check. All payments are
non-refundable.
- Credit card payments will
be assessed a credit card processing fee.
-
A minimum of
50% payment is due within seven (7) business days of
submission of this application with the remaining balance
being due by July 24, 2012. ACCO reserves the
right to re-sell exhibition packages that are not paid in full by
July 24, 2012.
- All exhibitors must agree
to the terms and conditions in the exhibitor application.
