your sponsorship application, execute the sponsorship
agreement and make a deposit of at least 50% on or
before April 30, 2012 and receive 10% off any
sponsorship package price, plus you will gain maximum
pre-event exposure!

Important Notes Regarding
All Sponsorship Applications:

The Association of Climate Change Officers will be
responsible for the planning, production and on-site
supervision of all sponsored items.

Sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served
basis.
-
High-resolution logos in .eps format will be
requested of all sponsors to ensure high print quality.

The contact person listed in the submitted sponsor
application will be your organization’s representative with
whom ACCO will interact regarding logistics and planning.
- Sponsorship packages may
be paid by credit card or check. All payments are
non-refundable.
- Credit card payments will
be assessed a credit card processing fee.

A minimum of
50% payment is due within seven (7) business days of
submission of this application with the remaining balance
being due by July 24, 2012. ACCO reserves the
right to re-sell sponsorships that are not paid in full by
July 24, 2012.
- All exhibitors must agree
to the terms and conditions in the sponsorship application.
